Without meat

  • Firm tofu
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce
  • Vegetable oil
  • Sesame oil

  • Bean shoots
  • Capsicum
  • Spring onions
  • Mushrooms
  • Chilli
  • Lettuce cups

Method

  1. Slice the tofu into bite sized pieces and then crumble into a bowl.
  2. Heat the vegetable and sesame oil in a fry pan or wok, and cook the pork mince until cooked through.
  3. Place the vegetables and sauces in the pan, stir until the vegetables are cooked through.
  4. Sprinkle with coriander and spoon into the lettuce cups to serve.
